St. Baldricks Head Shaving For Charity A Smashing Success!!

We would like to congratulate Pat and Matt Connolly, the owners of Matchmaker's that fine upstanding establishment at the corner of Grand and 72nd Street for a job well done. The 3rd Annual St Baldrick's Headshaving Festival was a smahing success. Over 45 indviduals had their head shaven for a worthy cause. A couple of the guys (Pat Connolly included) got their legs shaven. Everyone had their personal reasons for doing so and every story was very touching and heart warming. Together over $10,000 was a raised to help the fight to find a cure. You can log on to neighborhood photos and view scenes from the night's event.
